10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch:

Where tracking is available, shipment details will normally be sent after dispatch. The carrier may require 1 to 3 business days to display the first scan.

If a parcel appears delayed, damaged, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact service@ftnurd.com with your order number and tracking information. We may request photographs, packaging details, or confirmation from the carrier.
